Starting Monday, April 14th, we’re ditching the soft opens and going full throttle with a menu that brings comfort and creativity together in the best way possible. We’re talkin’ soft scrambled eggs, crispy hashbrowns, sweet stacks of French toast, spicy chile-smothered burritos, and a cocktail lineup that makes every day feel like the weekend.

Smothered is a modern diner reimagined—fun, vibrant, and full of personality. Whether you’re craving a classic two-egg breakfast or want to try something different like our Beet Chilaquiles or Fried Chicken Biscuit Sandwich with chorizo gravy, we’ve got something for every kind of brunch lover.
