Smothered is growing, and with that growth comes some exciting and quickly developing updates!

With new leadership guiding Smothered’s day-to-day, we’re stepping into our next chapter, focused on stronger service, smoother operations, and brighter mornings. We’ll continue working closely with Bosque as we grow in new ways, while also bringing 60+ years of brunch and hospitality experience to inform the next era of Smothered as its own team. Our expanded menu launches on November 8th!

Additionally, we’re taking that momentum even further with a dual concept at Bosque’s Cottonwood location.

Smothered will serve breakfast and brunch and Bosque Brewing Co. will take over in the evening, providing a unique and wider-reaching experience for existing and new customers.

It’s the best of both worlds, bringing together Smothered’s bright, playful mornings and Bosque’s laid-back, familiar evenings, all under one roof.
